**Job Title:** Founding Growth Marketer / Senior Growth Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and own all top‑of‑funnel growth initiatives for a remote‑first, YC‑backed SaaS startup. Drive qualified inbound leads through rapid experimentation, AI‑augmented automation, and cross‑functional collaboration with product marketing and the CEO.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable increase in qualified inbound leads.
- Execute growth experiments with speed, rigor, and clear success criteria.
- Build and maintain automated growth loops using AI and workflow tools.
- Align messaging and positioning with product strategy to maximize traffic and conversion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own top‑of‑funnel metrics and report progress directly to the CEO.
- Design, launch, and iterate experiments across SEO, content, community, partnership, and paid channels.
- Create and optimize growth assets (landing pages, blog posts, email sequences, templates).
- Implement AI‑driven content generation, distribution, lead enrichment, and follow‑up workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Develop automated pipelines with tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Clay.
- Analyze funnel performance weekly, identify drop‑offs, and adjust tactics.
- Document learnings, kill low‑impact experiments quickly, and prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven track record of driving B2B SaaS lead generation in early‑stage startups.
- Strong command of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for marketing tasks.
- Proficiency with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Clay) and growth stacks (Webflow, HubSpot, CRMs, analytics).
- Data‑driven mindset: comfortable defining hypotheses, metrics, and iterating based on results.
- Hacker/first‑principles mentality, comfortable thriving in high‑ambiguity environments.
- Excellent written communication for copywriting and documentation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Google Analytics, Growth Marketing) are a plus but not mandatory.
