Job Title: Vice President, Marketing Role Summary: Lead the global marketing organization for a high‐growth AI infrastructure company, driving brand positioning, product launches, and developer ecosystem growth to scale revenue 100×. Expectations: - Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for a multimodal AI platform. - Partner with sales, product, and engineering to align go‑to‑market (GTM) motions. - Deliver measurable demand generation, pipeline, and conversion results. - Establish the company as a category authority in real‑time conversational AI. Key Responsibilities: - Build, mentor, and grow a high‑impact marketing team, scaling OKRs, processes, and tools. - Define and own differentiated positioning, messaging, and narrative across all touchpoints. - Lead product launch strategy, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement for the full product suite. - Develop a developer‑first ecosystem through documentation, community, events, and advocacy. - Design and operate a repeatable demand engine focused on high‑quality pipeline and advocacy. - Produce technical content, benchmarks, case studies, and thought leadership that builds trust with buyers. - Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to activation using data‑driven experimentation. - Set up AI‑first marketing operations, analytics, and infrastructure to measure impact and inform strategy. Required Skills: - 10+ years of senior marketing leadership in high‑growth SaaS or technical infrastructure firms. - Proven track record of successful product launches, developer adoption, and revenue growth. - Experience scaling developer ecosystems and usage‑based business models. - Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate ambiguity into clear initiatives. - Technical fluency and background in product or engineering; ability to design technically driven growth systems. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. - MBA or advanced marketing certifications (e.g., CMO, PMP) are a plus.
