**Job Title:** Senior Applications Development Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Architect, deploy, and support mission‑critical IT and OT infrastructure for high‑reliability semiconductor manufacturing. Manage virtualization, container orchestration, and automation pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of server workloads, AI‑based automation, and advanced process controls while maintaining security, compliance, and disaster recovery programs.
**Expectations:**
Deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure that enables continuous semiconductor production. Drive modernization initiatives, maintain operational excellence, and collaborate cross‑functionally with manufacturing, security, and vendor teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide operational support for on‑premises physical and virtual server stacks (VMware vSphere, vSAN, VCF/NSX, Dell VXRail).
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of virtualized workloads.
- Migrate workloads from physical to virtual environments.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and container‑based tools.
- Contribute to Infrastructure‑as‑Code, server automation, and modernization projects.
- Collaborate with semiconductor vendors and production teams to ensure equipment performance and fault tolerance.
- Work with Corporate IT and Security to enforce hardening standards, backup, disaster recovery, and resilience.
- Document infrastructure designs, automation scripts, and configuration procedures.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years enterprise server support (Windows Server, RHEL 5–9.x).
- 3+ years VMware virtualization (vSphere, vSAN, VCF/NSX).
- 3+ years ITSM (ServiceNow or equivalent).
- 1+ year Docker/Kubernetes orchestration.
- IaC/automation (Tanium, CHEF, JSON, PowerShell, Ruby).
- Network fundamentals (VLAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, routing, switching).
- Backup/DR strategy experience (Rubrik, Veeam, Commvault).
- Technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- (Preferred) Master’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering.
- Certifications in VMware, Windows Server, Linux, or related vendor technologies (e.g., VCP, VCAP, RHCSA).
