**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Seasoned Business Analyst responsible for leading business case analysis, process re‑engineering, and comprehensive requirements gathering for complex IT initiatives. Works closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives, supporting testing, go‑live, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements development, and testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams, meet aggressive timelines, and produce high‑quality deliverables.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; capable of building relationships across diverse teams and clients.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office/Project suite.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound business judgment, and adapt to varied communication styles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct stakeholder, market, and gap analyses; document current and future state processes using BPM standards.
- Create and maintain business artifacts: context diagrams, functional decompositions, use cases, wire‑frames, ER diagrams, data dictionaries, and requirement traceability matrix.
- Develop business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements; author procurement documents (RFPs, evaluation criteria).
- Collaborate with PMs, developers, and end users to validate that designs meet functional and technical specifications.
- Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile deliverables; support functional, integration, and UAT testing.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, analysis reports, and user documentation per PMO/BA methodology.
- Assist with system go‑live activities and post‑implementation support.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with PMI PMBOK® Guide and SDLC concepts expected.
- No mandatory certifications listed; Salesforce Business Analyst certification is optional/desired.
