**Job Title:** Product Analyst (Case Management Business Technology) **Role Summary:** Serve as the system and business‑process expert for Case Management applications, overseeing integration, implementation, maintenance, and problem‑solving. Provide Level III support, develop reports, and collaborate with clinical, IT, and vendor teams to ensure optimal functionality and compliance of case‑management technology within a healthcare environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver reliable, compliant case‑management system performance and upgrades. - Provide timely, high‑quality technical support and issue resolution. - Produce accurate, business‑aligned reports and analytics. - Facilitate user training and adoption of new features. - Contribute to continuous process improvement and documentation of standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, configure, and support upgrades/customizations of case‑management tools. - Monitor data integrity and system health using monitoring tools. - Enforce system policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. - Coordinate with support, product, and vendor teams to resolve technical issues. - Provide Level III user support; liaise with IT Service Desk for communication. - Design, create, and maintain business‑required reports. - Build and maintain effective relationships with project, clinical, business, and IT leaders. - Ensure EHR and Case Management Repository compliance with best‑practice models. - Deliver user training in partnership with the Case Management Education Team. - Participate in UAT, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing. - Assist in developing automation strategies and technical frameworks. - Own lifecycle management of assigned applications and understand supporting infrastructure. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office suite; strong data manipulation (VLOOKUP, JOIN). - Experience with data tools (Power BI, SQL, Teradata) preferred. - Knowledge of business process improvement, workflow analysis, and documentation. - Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities. - Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills. - Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence cross‑functional teams. - Interpersonal, organizational, and customer‑service orientation. - Adaptability to changing environments and pressure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred; any relevant discipline). - 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with clinical data, EHR systems, and healthcare technology. - No specific certifications listed; related IT or healthcare analytics credentials are a plus.
