Job Title: Automation Engineer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism), and AI/GenAI services. Integrate automations with enterprise applications, lead lifecycle management, and mentor junior developers.
Expactations: • 7–12+ years of experience in Automation, Power Platform, or RPA
• Contract employment, onsite delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Build solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), AI Builder, Copilot Studio
- Develop, test, and maintain RPA bots with UiPath and/or Blue Prism, including orchestration and bot lifecycle management
- Own end‑to‑end automation lifecycle: Requirements → Design → Development → UAT → Deployment
- Integrate automation with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and REST APIs
- Design and implement AI/LLM‑driven automations using Azure OpenAI, GPT, and GenAI techniques
- Produce technical documentation: PDD, SDD, release notes; enforce RPA/Power Platform governance policies
- Collaborate with global teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Power Platform connectors
- Hands‑on experience with UiPath or Blue Prism, including orchestrators and bot development best practices
- Solid understanding of SQL, Python, .NET, and REST API integration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks) is advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and lead initiatives
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Relevant RPA certification (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Blue Prism Developer, etc.) preferred.
