**Job Title:** Business Analyst – Project REACH **Role Summary:** Lead business analysis for the implementation of a new Hospital Information System (HIS) across multiple sites. Gather, document, and validate requirements; map current workflows; support system design, configuration, testing, and post‑implementation optimization to enhance clinical operations and patient care. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, stakeholder‑approved requirements and use cases. - Facilitate effective communication between clinical, operational, and technical teams. - Ensure timelines, risks, and issues are documented and escalated appropriately. - Enable a smooth transition to the new HIS with minimal disruption to care delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and project leaders to elicit detailed business and workflow requirements. - Analyze current‑state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for the future HIS environment. - Lead interviews and workshops for design, configuration, and validation sessions. - Create detailed requirements documents, use‑case scenarios, and process maps. - Act as liaison to confirm that technical implementations meet end‑user needs. - Conduct change‑impact assessments, identify training requirements, and support migration planning. - Participate in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing; track defects and facilitate resolution. - Develop training materials and deliver knowledge transfer sessions. - Plan go‑live activities and provide post‑implementation support to refine workflows. - Maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk/issue logs. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare IT, preferably with HIS/EHR implementations. - Strong analytical and workflow‑optimization capabilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and project tracking tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication; facilitation of multidisciplinary stakeholder groups. - Ability to work independently and within a matrixed, fast‑paced environment. - Understanding of healthcare operations (admissions, scheduling, clinical documentation, orders). - Knowledge of HIS concepts: integration, interoperability, patient safety, regulatory compliance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Health Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred professional certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA). - Experience with HIS/EHR systems such as Oracle Health or Cerner is a plus.

Job Title: Research Coordinator (SRI) – Evaluative Clinical Sciences Role Summary: Coordinate clinical research for Interventional Psychiatry, primarily administering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and other treatments, managing patient enrolment, data collection, and protocol support. Expectations: Execute study protocols under PI supervision, maintain high-quality data integrity, comply with ethics and safety regulations, and support interdisciplinary research activities. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with patients/families: screening, consenting, enrollment, and appointment scheduling. - Liaise with clinical teams, admin staff, and research personnel to book study visits. - Administer TMS to participants using approved protocols; conduct questionnaires and data collection. - Participate in technical setup, maintenance of TMS lab infrastructure. - Perform data entry and clerical duties; maintain study files and REDCap database records. - Assist in study protocol development, REB submissions, continuing reviews, and Clinical Trials registration. - Maintain confidentiality, uphold hospital policies, and promote positive public relations.
