**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and manage enterprise infrastructure and security modernization initiatives across server, network, cloud, endpoint, identity, and core platform services. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and compliance with NIST, FISMA, state standards, and agency policies.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to defined objectives.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with agency governance, change management, and security frameworks.
- Facilitate audit readiness and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and training.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop project charters, scope statements, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage full project lifecycle using established project management methodologies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional efforts across infrastructure, security, operations, and application teams.
- Monitor and report progress via enterprise tools, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies; elevate critical issues.
- Ensure adherence to governance, change management, and security standards (NIST 800‑53, FISMA, CIS, state policies).
- Support audit readiness through documentation, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
- Develop and refine policies, procedures, standards, and training materials.
- Maintain centralized visibility and reporting across modernization initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong project management (planning, scheduling, risk, change, stakeholder engagement).
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, cloud, endpoints, identity).
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA, CIS, state standards).
- Experience with enterprise project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and executive‑level reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across multiple teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) is a plus.
