**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator
**Role Summary:**
Hands‑on administrator responsible for end‑to‑end management of multiple Salesforce orgs for a state health agency, including deployment, configuration, data migration, third‑party integrations, CI/CD, and 24/7 production support within an Agile environment.
**Expactations:**
- Provide uninterrupted 24/7 on‑call support for production environments.
- Collaborate closely with Agile Scrum teams to deliver features and fixes.
- Enforce security policies, maintain role‑based access, and manage Salesforce security.
- Deliver accurate, high‑quality technical solutions that meet business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Salesforce sandboxes, scratch orgs, and production.
- Design and execute data migration and data quality projects.
- Build and maintain no‑code automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow).
- Create, maintain, and run CI/CD pipelines (Flosum, Jenkins, etc.) for releases.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Document functional specifications, configuration changes, and release notes.
- Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and produce user documentation.
- Implement authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO) for integrated applications.
- Support lightweight development of Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components as needed.
- Integrate with third‑party tools such as DocuSign, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit, and AppExchange products.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model – roles, profiles, permission sets.
- Proficient with data migration tools, data quality checks, and AppExchange integration.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML web services.
- Expertise in no‑code automation (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow).
- Competence in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with OAuth, SSO, and other authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Flosum, Jenkins, etc.).
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with DocuSign, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit, and similar integration platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201/202); additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I are highly desirable.
