Digital Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end digital marketing initiatives with a focus on email and paid search, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multiple biddable media platforms to deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable performance across web, mobile, and social channels.
**Expectations**
- Demonstrate advanced competency in SFMC including AMPscript and system configuration.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for paid search and broader digital channel strategy.
- Manage a multimillion‑dollar digital marketing budget, ensuring ROI and budget adherence.
- Provide clear, data‑driven insights to business and technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and optimize dynamic email campaigns using SFMC.
- Define and document business and technical requirements for digital projects.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute paid search and other biddable media activities (GA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
- Analyse campaign performance with web analytics and conversion tracking tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement integrated digital campaigns.
- Maintain and report on digital marketing budgets, metrics, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital marketing tactics.
- Manage special marketing communications assignments as needed.
**Required Skills**
- SFMC expertise with AMPscript proficiency.
- Proven experience (≥4 years) in digital channel execution, including paid search and biddable media.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Urchin, or equivalent analytics platforms.
- Budget management, metrics reporting, and KPI development.
- Deep understanding of search engine technology, SEO, local search, mobile search, and video optimization.
- Knowledge of content management, e‑commerce systems, and digital workflow lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with high accuracy.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Technology, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Consultant, or Admin certification preferred.
