**Job Title:** Salesforce Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, architect, and optimize enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing, Experience, and Omni Studio Clouds. Lead technical troubleshooting, integration design, and release management while collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, scalable deployments.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver architecture designs and documentation accepted by Architecture Review Board.
- Manage multiple concurrent assignments, meet strict deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to business, technical, and executive audiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues.
- Perform impact analysis and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform features and best practices.
- Partner with developers to schedule and execute timely project deliveries.
- Produce technical designs, system architecture diagrams, and operational readiness documents.
- Develop and execute SQL queries; generate ad‑hoc reports.
- Build and maintain Lightning components, Apex triggers/classes, Visualforce pages, and JavaScript logic.
- Configure and manage Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST), SOQL/SOSL, and third‑party integrations.
- Apply robust debugging, testing, and data‑modeling techniques.
- Participate in Release Management, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Copado, etc.), and version control.
- Liaise with stakeholders across all levels to align architecture with business goals.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omni Studio.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and API integration (SOAP/REST).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and data‑modeling capabilities.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Copado, etc.) and release management.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organization, and interpersonal communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified System Architect (CSA).
- Preferred credentials: Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Data Architect, Identity Access Management Architect, and related certification tracks.
