Job Description: **Job Title:** Quality Assurance Lead **Role Summary:** Lead QA/QC, commissioning, and safety governance for high-value mining and heavy‑industry capital projects. Drive integrated quality and safety performance using SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Primavera P6, and SAP Analytics Cloud to deliver compliant, safe, and on‑time project outcomes. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects that consistently meet engineering standards and OHSA regulations. - Embed a safety‑first culture and sustain continuous improvement in quality, commissioning, and safety. - Provide data‑driven insights and actionable reports to senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement QA/QC and commissioning programs across multiple capital works. - Conduct safety risk assessments, inspections, and develop corrective action plans. - Coordinate testing, validation, and inspection during construction and pre‑commissioning. - Manage incident investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Build and maintain QA/QC, commissioning, and safety dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud. - Update senior leadership on quality and safety performance metrics. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years of QA/QC, commissioning, and HSE leadership in mining, heavy industry, or construction. - In‑depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, commissioning protocols, and OHSA compliance. - Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA for project integration and reporting. - Experience using SAP SuccessFactors for HSE training, compliance, and workforce management. - Familiarity with Primavera P6 for aligning quality and safety milestones with project schedules. - Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud to develop dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field. - Relevant HSE certifications (CRSP, CSP, CHSC) strongly preferred.
