Job title: Digital Marketing & CRM Consulting Intern (F/M)
Role Summary:
Assist an experienced consulting team in delivering digital, marketing, and CRM solutions for clients across banking, retail, energy, insurance, transport, and media sectors. Contribute to strategy development, program execution, and the design of omnichannel customer experiences.
Expectations:
• 6‑month internship starting July 2026, final year of a Master’s (Bac + 5) program.
• Prior exposure to marketing, digital, or CRM activities in an agency, consulting firm, or in‑house team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional consulting squad.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent synthesis skills, and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thematic research, market benchmarks, and tool analyses (e.g., Piano, Google Analytics).
- Support digital program management: e‑commerce mix, customer digitalization, and omnichannel organization.
- Aid in defining marketing directions: maturity diagnostics, benchmarking, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
- Frame and launch new offers, services, and customer‑experience improvement levers.
- Design, implement, and optimize CRM and omnichannel ecosystems.
- Produce communication materials (e.g., pitch decks, workshop collateral).
- Collaborate with operational teams, facilitate workshops, and prepare deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings (interviews, workshops, presentations) and support commercial proposals.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing/CRM platforms such as Piano, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Actito, etc.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Current Master’s level student (Bac + 5), pursuing a degree that includes marketing, digital, or business analytics.
- No mandatory certifications required, though knowledge of CRM or digital marketing tools is essential.
