Role Summary: Drive new business and revenue growth for a suite of offensive security consulting services (penetration testing, red teaming, application security, cloud security testing, and managed offensive capabilities) within a defined European territory. Own the full sales cycle, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and executive leadership to expand the firm’s footprint among enterprise and strategic clients.
Expectations:

- Maintain 3‑fold or greater pipeline coverage and accurate forecasting.
- Deliver high‑value, consultative proposals and presentations to CISO and engineering stakeholders.
- Operate independently in a remote‑first environment with self‑motivation and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end sales motions: prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Build and execute a territory plan focused on new logo acquisition and revenue expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
- Position and articulate the full portfolio of offensive security services, tailoring solutions to client risk, maturity, and regulatory needs.
- Maintain multi‑threaded relationships inside accounts to accelerate deal velocity and renewal rates.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to scope engagements accurately, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver compelling statements of work.
- Align with marketing on targeted campaigns, regional events, and ABM programs; provide field intelligence and competitive insights.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline metrics.
Required Skills:
- 5 + years of quota‑carrying experience selling cybersecurity consulting or technical professional services; strong preference for offensive security services.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual bookings targets.
- Deep knowledge of penetration testing methodologies, red teaming frameworks, and enterprise security requirements.
- Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to sell into enterprise/strategic accounts across Europe, navigating diverse regulatory environments (GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
- Self‑motivated, autonomous, comfortable in a remote‑first setting.
Preferred Experience:
- Existing network of CISOs, security leaders, or procurement contacts in the UK, DACH, or Benelux regions.
- Experience with multi‑year managed offensive programs or high‑value red team engagements.
- Experience in highly regulated sectors (financial services, telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, critical infrastructure).
- Exposure to managed services such as MDR or continuous penetration testing, and integration of offensive testing insights into broader security initiatives.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GCIH) highly desirable.
