Job Description

**Job title:** Senior Software Engineer (Python/Django) **Role Summary:** Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable SaaS data analytics solutions using Python and Django. Collaborate across front‑end (Node.js, Vue.js) and cloud (AWS) teams to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready features and drive continuous improvement of the codebase. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust, reusable, and well‑tested Python/Django code. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - Participate fully in all phases of the software development lifecycle. - Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and refactor backend services and APIs in Python/Django. - Integrate front‑end components built with Node.js and Vue.js into seamless user experiences. - Utilize AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.) to deploy scalable, secure applications. - Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and production bugs. - Write and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing suites. - Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to define feature requirements and acceptance criteria. - Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in Python and Django. - Experience with Node.js, Vue.js, and front‑end integration. - Working knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and services. - Object‑oriented programming fundamentals. - Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing frameworks. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years software development experience focused on Python/Django. - No mandatory certifications required.
