Job Description

**Job Title:** Web Developer II **Role Summary:** Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance web applications and sites, ensuring optimal information exchange and user experience. Collaborate with technical and management teams to define specifications, produce documentation, and integrate new web products with existing systems. **Expectations:** - Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. - Minimum 8 years of web development experience on comparable programs/contracts (or 4 years plus a relevant bachelor’s degree). - Ability to work independently on complex projects and provide effective troubleshooting solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Code and maintain websites using HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, Java, Visual Basic, XML, SCORM, and related technologies. - Support website planning, deployment, and ongoing updates. - Produce and maintain technical documentation for site requirements, maintenance, and upgrades. - Develop, test, and support innovative, high‑performance web applications. - Analyze and resolve complex software issues using current technologies. - Integrate new web products with existing applications to enhance functionality and design. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Visual Basic, XML, SCORM, AWS, and related web technologies. - Experience with graphics software, object‑oriented programming, and e‑business applications. - Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Ability to write clear technical documentation. - Excellent communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or 4 years of additional web development experience in lieu of the degree). - Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
