Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Media Coordinator **Role Summary:** Support the execution, analysis, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta. Produce performance reports, conduct data‑driven insights, and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance campaign effectiveness for agency clients. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Manage high‑volume campaign setups and data uploads efficiently. - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. - Show eagerness to learn, obtain required certifications, and grow within a fast‑paced agency environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, launch, optimize, and maintain search and display campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other paid channels. - Conduct keyword, placement, and performance research to expand and refine campaigns. - Perform ad copy and creative testing following best practices. - Produce weekly and monthly performance reports across all paid media channels. - Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. - Execute quality assurance checks pre‑ and post‑launch of campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaign strategy with client business goals. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts). - Experience with bulk uploads and Google Ads Editor. - Ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret large data sets. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving capabilities. - Basic understanding of paid search, display, and social media advertising. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any field). - Google Ads certification (required within three‑month onboarding period; other relevant certifications are a plus).
