**Job title:** Service Desk Support Agent **Role Summary:** First‑line technical and customer support specialist handling inquiries and incidents via phone and email. Job Description
Job title: Senior Manager Physical Security Operations Role Summary: Lead the European Physical Security Operations team, managing the Security Control Centre and overseeing the implementation, operation, and improvement of physical security systems across multiple data centre sites. Expectations: - Execute the Director’s physical security strategy across Europe. - Serve as senior subject‑matter expert for architecture, compliance, and incident response. - Deliver consistent, ISO‑aligned security policies, procedures, and controls. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain standardized security policies and procedures aligned with ISO27001, ISO22301, SOC 2, PCI‑DSS. - Own end‑to‑end management of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and SOC‑PSIM technologies across all sites. - Commission, maintain, version‑control, and decommission security systems. - Operate and oversee 24/7 Security Control Centre; manage incident response, event reporting, and escalation. - Source, contract, and audit third‑party vendors and guard services; monitor SLAs and performance. - Conduct site‑level risk and threat/vulnerability assessments; ensure regulatory and customer‑specific compliance. - Maintain, test, and exercise emergency response, evacuation, and business continuity plans. - Coordinate with Compliance, Real Estate, Construction, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to embed security into all functions. - Prepare executive dashboards on metrics, risk trends, system health, and project status.
