Required Skills: - 10+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years in technical leadership. - Proven expertise in Java/Kotlin and modern web technologies. - Deep knowledge of system design, architecture, scalability, and security best practices. - Demonstrated experience building and scaling products from inception to growth. - Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
