**Job Title:** Head of Growth
**Role Summary:** Own end‑to‑end customer acquisition and activation at a high‑growth fintech; drive paid media, website optimization, content, and channel expansion to increase user sign‑ups and engagement.
**Expectations:**
- Lead cross‑functional growth strategy with product, sales, and design teams.
- Operate autonomously in a lean, fast‑paced environment, taking responsibility for results and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, TV, audio, OOH, and affiliate channels.
- Oversee website, content, email, and onboarding flows; continually test and iterate for SEO and conversion improvements.
- Define product positioning and create consistent high‑impact content (blogs, landing pages, case studies, email series).
- Analyze growth metrics, derive insights, and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators.
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new acquisition channels and tactics to broaden reach.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales to align messaging, share feedback, and support go‑to‑market initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- 6+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably at a startup or fintech.
- Proven record of scaling paid media budgets across diversified channels with strong analytical rigor.
- Deep expertise in website optimization, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable, cross‑functional plans.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
