**Job Title** AI Product Manager **Role Summary** Own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI‑driven, customer‑feedback analytics products that deliver actionable insights at scale. Act as the bridge between enterprise customers, data science, and engineering to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure measurable impact. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end product roadmaps for AI services that process millions of feedback items. - Independently engage with senior stakeholders to understand critical pain points and translate them into product deliverables. - Own success metrics and continuously iterate on model performance and user experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead cross‑functional product development from concept through launch and iteration. - Define product vision, feature set, and prioritization based on customer interviews, market research, and data insights. - Establish quantitative KPIs (e.g., precision/recall of insights, labeling quality, dataset coverage) and monitor performance against them. - Create executive‑level presentations and product demos that influence strategy decisions. - Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to evaluate trade‑offs in LLMs, embeddings, and clustering techniques. - Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers to surface requirements and validate solutions. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of product management or related roles delivering solutions to real customers. - Deep knowledge of modern AI/ML concepts (LLMs, embeddings, clustering) and ability to discuss technical trade‑offs. - Proven experience defining and tracking metrics for AI systems (confusion matrices, labeling quality, dataset health). - Strong communication skills: data‑backed presentations, stakeholder management, and facilitation of discovery sessions. - Customer‑focused mindset: independently conduct discovery interviews and synthesize insights into product requirements. - Hands‑on technical abilities with data pipelines, API design, and quantitative analysis are a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. - Advanced certifications (e.g., Product Management Professional, AI/ML specialization) are advantageous but not mandatory.
