**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and maintain secure Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions on Okta Identity Cloud to enable seamless digital identity experiences for external users. Provide expertise in architecture design, custom integration, policy enforcement, and security hardening, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

- Architect and implement Okta CIAM features: user registration, login, MFA, social login, SSO, consent management, account recovery.
- Design and configure custom connectors, workflow automations, and integration frameworks.
- Develop role‑based access policies, enforce segregation of duties, and design scalable IAM infrastructure.
- Manage upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and security hardening initiatives.
- Produce technical documentation, best‑practice guides, and enablement materials.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams to ensure policy alignment and risk mitigation.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Okta Identity Cloud, including Okta Advanced Server Access, API Access Management, and Okta Identity Engine.
- Proven expertise in IAM concepts: Identity Governance (IG), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and risk‑based access control.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Python) for custom connector development.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, policy enforcement, and security compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor peers, and manage cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical requirements into business solutions.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Okta Certified Identity Administrator, Okta Certified Engineer, or equivalent certifications highly preferred.
