Job Title: Google CCAI – Contact Center AI Tech Lead Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and optimization of AI applications and infrastructure for contact center platforms using Google Contact Center AI (CCAI). Collaborate across Cloud, Machine Learning, and development teams to integrate AI solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop AI applications and underlying infrastructure for contact center platforms. - Partner with Cloud, AI/ML, and software development teams to deliver seamless integration. - Create, test, and maintain AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines. - Conduct AI research to enhance existing systems and pioneer new technologies. - Identify AI opportunities within the organization and develop strategic implementation plans. - Train team members and stakeholders on AI concepts and applications. - Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy regulations and internal policies. - Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
