Job Title: Application Administrator (M/F) Role Summary Manage, evolve, and support the organization’s ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce, Sage, etc.), ensuring optimal functionality, user satisfaction, and data integrity. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality application support and configuration within defined SLAs. - Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements, design enhancements, and implement changes. - Maintain accurate documentation and user training materials. Key Responsibilities 1. Configure, upgrade, and maintain ERP/CRM platforms (Salesforce, Sage, others). 2. Provide first‑level application support: assistance, diagnostics, incident resolution. 3. Manage user access rights and security permissions. 4. Collect, qualify, and prioritize evolution requests from stakeholders. 5. Update and maintain the knowledge base. 6. Conduct user training sessions. 7. Coordinate data management tasks (imports/exports, data integrity checks). 8. Participate in future system integrations and expansions. Required Skills - 2+ years of experience administering ERP/CRM solutions. - Proficient with Salesforce, Sage, and similar enterprise tools. - Strong SQL querying skills. - Experience with scripting (PowerShell, VBA) for automation. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service orientation. - Continuous learning mindset. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sage ERP, Microsoft PowerShell) are advantageous.
