Job title: Senior Director, Regional Integrated Marketing (EU/IMEA)
Role Summary: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs for Sandisk’s consumer storage portfolio across the EU/IMEA region. Align regional initiatives with global brand strategy while localizing campaigns to resonate with tech‑savvy and everyday audiences, driving awareness, demand, and sales.
Expectations:
• Own regional marketing budget and ROI, ensuring efficient spending across all channels.
• Deliver measurable performance against defined KPIs, adjusting tactics based on data insights.
• Serve as the regional voice in global marketing forums, informing strategy with market intelligence.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing regional marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the EU/IMEA integrated marketing strategy and calendar, prioritizing initiatives in alignment with global objectives.
• Oversee execution of global campaigns locally, including product launches, seasonal themes, and key events, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
• Build and manage relationships with regional channel partners, creating Omnichannel activation plans across digital, retail, experiential, and media platforms.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance, driving continuous improvement and reporting insights to global teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Go‑To‑Market, Global Brand Management, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to secure alignment and resources.
• Represent the marketing function in executive discussions, advocating for the region’s perspective and learning.
Required Skills:

Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role for a consumer technology or analogous industry.
• Proven track record managing multi‑channel campaigns, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
