Job Title: Senior CRM Administrator (Salesforce)
Role Summary: Oversee management, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce CRM ecosystem to ensure operational efficiency, scalable data governance, platform integrations, and automation to support business growth.
Expactations: Minimum 5 years Salesforce CRM administration; 5+ years managing database systems and application administration; 4+ years extracting, analyzing, and presenting CRM data using SQL/SOQL; 4+ years experience in CRM integrations with external systems; 4+ years using ETL tools like Informatica Cloud or Axiom.
Key Responsibilities: Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Configure custom objects, workflows, automation, permission sets, roles, sharing rules. Build and manage reports/dashboards. Support integrations via ETL tools (Informatica Cloud, Axiom) and third-party tools (Conga Suite, Form Assembly, Rollup Helper, DemandTools). Lead release management (testing, upgrades, validation, deployment). Perform data migration, deduplication, mapping, quality control. Troubleshoot system issues, audit platforms, ensure compliance. Act as technical liaison for stakeholders. Create documentation.
Required Skills: Proficiency in SOQL, SQL, relational databases. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, technical troubleshooting capabilities. Experience with ETL tools, CRM automation tools, and third-party integrations.
Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
