Job Title: Cloud & Business Application Systems Engineer Role Summary: Design, implement, and maintain cloud‑and on‑premises infrastructure supporting high‑frequency trading, clearing, and back‑office systems. Build automation, APIs, dashboards, and CI/CD pipelines in a regulated financial environment. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage Azure/AWS environments for trading, clearing, and internal applications. - Optimize infrastructure for OMS platforms, FIX gateways, trading APIs, and internal business apps. - Configure and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure AD, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, and co‑location servers. - Develop internal tools, RESTful APIs, dashboards, and automation scripts using Python, React, Flask, Power BI, and PowerShell. - Support PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases; manage schema changes and data integrity. - Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for application deployments. - Collaborate with CTIO, MSPs, trading, operations, and compliance teams to meet regulatory and performance requirements. Required Skills: - Proven experience in Azure and AWS cloud engineering and automation. - Strong programming in Python, REST API development, and front‑end (React) or server‑side (Flask) frameworks. - Familiarity with OMS, FIX protocol, trading APIs, and broker‑dealer workflows. - Solid SQL, database design, and performance tuning for PostgreSQL/SQL Server. - Knowledge of security best practices, identity & access management (Azure AD, MFA), and network segmentation. - Experience building dashboards with Power BI or similar tools. - Ability to write and maintain PowerShell scripts and infrastructure as code.
