Job Description

**Job Title:** Site Reliability Engineer Manager **Role Summary:** Lead site reliability and service availability efforts for enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing on automation, cloud technologies, and incident management to ensure optimal performance and minimize disruptions. **Expectations:** - Minimum 10 years in IT; 3 years in IT Operations troubleshooting network, server, storage, or application issues. - 2+ years in incident, problem, change, or release management with leadership in call resolution. - Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24x7x365 environment and on-call duties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee incident command and management to resolve disruptions. - Implement automation and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure scalability and reliability. - Manage infrastructure as code, containerization, and process improvement initiatives. - Lead troubleshooting complex system-wide issues. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell) and automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins). - Cloud platform expertise. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience/certification. - Certifications in cloud technologies or incident management preferred (not required).
