Job Description
Job title: Senior QA Tester – JDA TMS Role Summary: Lead technical QA for JDA TMS, managing design, development, and deployment of DDA and web interfaces; provide architectural guidance, issue resolution, and performance tuning. Expectations: Oversee multiple JDA TMS releases, collaborate cross‑functionally, ensure documentation of solutions, deliver estimates and proposals, and maintain release control. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and modify DDA & web pages via Page Builders. - Apply architectural design patterns, performance tuning, and interface design principles. - Lead technical reviews, provide guidance, and resolve technical issues. - Document solution designs, non‑functional requirements, and estimates for RFPs and client proposals. - Coordinate with Infosys and client teams for tactical decisions. - Debug and resolve bugs, performance, and user issues through trace analysis. - Create utilities, procedures, and documentation per customer needs. - Maintain version control and release management. - Design and deliver POCs to stakeholders. - Ensure applications align with architectural roadmap and user experience requirements. Job Description
Job title: ETRM DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for ETRM systems over a 12‑month contract. Focuses on automation, containerization, and collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance of ETRM workloads. Expectations: 12‑month W2 contract; hybrid work model, 3 days onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and manage Azure infrastructure for ETRM (AKS, VMs, networking, storage, security). - Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab. - Provision and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation; administer configuration tools Ansible or Chef. - Containerize applications, create and manage Docker/Kubernetes clusters. - Write and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for deployment, monitoring, and configuration. - Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and BI components (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) supporting the ETRM platform. - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations to integrate SRE and ITIL practices and deliver continuous improvement. - Troubleshoot performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
