**Job Title**
SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator
**Role Summary**
Responsible for comprehensive administration, configuration, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient LMS operations for enterprise learning programs.
**Expactations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end LMS configuration and user‑role management across all domains.
- Uphold compliance, audit readiness, and governance standards for learning data.
- Produce accurate automated reporting and dashboards in collaboration with Data & Analytics.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations with content vendors, SFTP, APIs, and SSO solutions.
- Facilitate UAT, documentation, and end‑user training for stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure domains, security, role‑based permissions, assignment profiles, user data imports, and admin roles.
- Create and maintain learning items, classes, programs, catalogs, curricula, and blended learning structures.
- Design, maintain, and monitor workflows, approval processes, evaluations, surveys, and notifications.
- Administer content lifecycle, including SCORM/xAPI/AICC version control and troubleshooting tracking issues.
- Perform learning history corrections following documented SOPs and governance rules.
- Generate audit‑ready reports; provide evidence packages for compliance and internal audit reviews.
- Build and automate reports; collaborate with Data & Analytics to develop Tableau dashboards for mandatory training, overdue items, curricula completion, and audit metrics.
- Monitor and support SAP BTP integrations; troubleshoot integrations between SAP Learning and content vendors (LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, Precipio, OpenSesame, Coursera).
- Manage SFTP jobs, API data flows, integration logs; coordinate incident resolution with IT.
- Support SSO/identity integrations (Okta/Azure AD via SAML).
- Conduct impact assessments and regression testing for bi‑annual SAP SuccessFactors releases.
- Gather requirements from Learning BUs; author BRDs/FRDs, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Lead UAT cycles, create test scripts, oversee test execution, and document results.
- Deliver training and enablement to internal administrators and subject matter experts.
**Required Skills**
- Deep SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration and configuration expertise.
- Strong knowledge of LMS security, role‑based permissions, and data governance.
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI/AICC content lifecycle and version control.
- Competency in SAP BTP integrations, SFTP, APIs, and SSO (Okta/Azure AD with SAML).
- Proven ability to build automated reports and dashboards; familiarity with Tableau and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with compliance and audit processes (learning records, access reviews, retention).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis abilities.
- Strong communication skills to produce documentation, conduct UAT, and provide training.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (preferred).
- Additional certifications in LMS administration, data analytics, or compliance a plus.
