Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary Provide moderate to high‑complexity business and data analysis for federal government clients. Capture and document requirements, deliver insights, and manage project deliverables while collaborating closely with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate reporting and system quality. Expectations Deliver on‑time, accurate analysis and recommendations. Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to federal security clearance standards. Key Responsibilities - Conduct business and data analysis for medium‑ to high‑complexity initiatives. - Document business requirements, processes, and data flows independently or within a team. - Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and data artifacts using tools such as SSRS, Power BI, and SQL. - Manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deliverables for medium to large initiatives. - Partner with IT to support system upgrades, security maintenance, and quality assurance of client service levels. - Interface with federal clients to understand needs, provide insight, and recommend solutions. - Ensure compliance with reliability and security clearances (Enhanced Level B).
