Job Description
Job Title: Windows System Administrator Role Summary: Design, deploy, and maintain core Windows services (AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP, etc.), troubleshoot network and application issues, and lead projects within the Windows Server Group. Expactations: Manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects, adhere to industry best practices, support on‑call duties, and work remotely 80% of the time with occasional onsite presence. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage AD Sites & Services, DNS, GPO, DHCP, user/computer accounts, and AD permissions using least privilege. - Administer AD groups (dynamic/static), replication, and other domain services. - Troubleshoot TCP/IP communication using tools like ping, traceroute, and WireShark. - Deploy, monitor, and remediate multi‑tiered third‑party applications using system and application logs. - Implement and maintain SSO infrastructure, automation tools (Ansible, Foreman), and Microsoft System Center suite. - Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance and deployment. - Design, deploy, and support hybrid cloud environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, Azure). - Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting. - Lead and mentor project teams as required. Required Skills: - Windows Server 2012 and later administration. - Strong understanding of AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP, and network troubleshooting. - Experience with SSO, Ansible, Foreman, Microsoft System Center, Microsoft Intune. - Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation. - Familiarity with VMware, Hyper‑V, Azure. - Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management. - Availability for on‑call support and occasional onsite meetings. **Job Title**: KOFAX Imaging Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and administer Kofax Capture, KTM, and TotalAgility solutions. Serve as the Kofax subject‑matter expert, leading technical design and implementation of imaging and document capture systems.
