**Job Title**: Data‑IA Project Manager IT (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end Data‑IA projects within a fast‑growing, data‑centric organization. Drive business and technical teams through needs analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and performance optimization. Champion data governance, ethics, and ROI while ensuring alignment with stakeholder strategy.
**Expectations**
- Manage multiple, medium‑to‑large SaaS or on‑premise Data‑IA initiatives (cloud & on‑prem).
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, meeting quality and compliance standards.
- Communicate progress and value to senior executives, non‑technical stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Serve as an advocate for data‑driven decision making across the enterprise.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Governance** – Define scope, objectives, and success metrics; develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
2. **Stakeholder Collaboration** – Engage business units, data e‑engineering, data science, MLOps, and analytics to translate business needs into technical requirements.
3. **Team Leadership** – Supervise multidisciplinary, often remote teams; conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile or hybrid environments.
4. **Solution Architecture** – Design scalable pipelines using Hadoop/Spark, GCP/AWS/Azure, APIs, and BI tools; select appropriate AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
5. **Data & AI Governance** – Ensure GDPR compliance, bias mitigation, data security, and model explainability.
6. **Performance Management** – Define and monitor KPIs, model accuracy, latency, and ROI; iterate models based on business feedback.
7. **Change Management** – Champion adoption, provide training, and simplify complex AI concepts for non‑technical audiences.
8. **Budget & Vendor Oversight** – Track spending, negotiate contracts with cloud providers and third‑party vendors.
**Required Skills**
- Project Management: PMP/Prince2 or equivalent preferred; strong background in Agile/Hybrid delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision; cloud architecture (GCP, AWS, Azure); big‑data stack (Hadoop, Spark).
- Frameworks & Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, CI/CD, MLOps, Databricks, Airflow, Snowflake.
- Data Governance: GDPR, data lineage, model versioning, bias audit, risk assessment.
- Leadership & Communication: Cross‑functional team management, stakeholder communication, stakeholder engagement, mentorship.
- Languages: French (fluent), English (professional working proficiency).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of data‑centric project experience, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML initiatives.
- Certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile (Scrum Master/PM), Google Cloud/ AWS/Azure AI/ML, or equivalent are advantageous.
