Job title: Salesforce Implementation Consultant
Role Summary:
Provide end-to-end Salesforce implementation and support for new and existing customers, translating business requirements into configuration solutions, delivering training, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and billable utilization while traveling as necessary.
Expectations:
- Deliver consulting, onboarding support, and training autonomously.
- Maintain high billable utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Travel for on-site visits when required.
- Work collaboratively with Project and Relationship Managers to manage issues, requirements, and project status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis to capture detailed customer requirements for Salesforce implementation.
- Configure, customize, and deliver Salesforce solutions (standard and custom objects, fields, email templates, workflows, etc.).
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Provide outbound support, on-site visits, and guidance on best practices.
- Plan, manage, and execute configuration releases aligned with customer objectives.
- Document product features, issues, enhancements, and services.
- Review customer usage, recommend process improvements, and identify business‑process opportunities.
- Deliver supplemental online or onsite training to customer teams.
- Collaborate to identify, reduce, or eliminate risks to customers, partners, and the organization.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration (custom objects, fields, workflows, email templates, etc.).
- Minimum 6 months as a Salesforce.com administrator or equivalent role.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Time‑management, self‑directed, organized, detail‑oriented.
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills; adaptable to working independently or in teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Experience with data analytics & reporting; SaaS or SMB market experience preferred.
