**Job Title**: Production Supervisor - 12-Hours Shift
**Role Summary**: Oversees hourly production teams on multiple lines, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and Quality standards while optimizing production efficiency and supporting cross‑functional collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coach hourly production staff across multiple lines.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental, GMP, Food Safety, and Quality policies.
- Plan and prioritize production operations, sequencing tasks and allocating material, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Foster a high‑performance culture, motivating teams to meet quality, cost, and service targets.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and preventing recurrence.
- Coordinate staffing with temporary agencies, approve hours via ADP, manage leave requests, and enforce time‑off policies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, R&D, and Quality to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Partner with People & Values team on employee relations, investigations, and progressive coaching.
- Lead proactive Health & Safety initiatives, conduct behavior‑based observations, and report incidents promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
