**Job Title:** Consultant DevOps Senior
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, highly‑available cloud‑native DevOps platforms for a high‑stakes gaming client. Drive automation, observability, and performance across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of DevOps/Cloud experience in mission‑critical environments.
- Proven expertise in cloud‑native architecture, resilience, and zero‑trust security.
- Strong Agile/DevOps mindset, with a focus on cost efficiency and FinOps practices.
- Excellent written and spoken French, professional level English for global collaboration.
- Ability to influence and lead both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect secure, scalable cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Zero Trust and Least Privilege principles.
- Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure with IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps workflow.
- Engineer CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux) ensuring performance and reproducibility.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Conduct chaos engineering to validate application resilience.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration across multi‑cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality (automated tests, code reviews, dependency management).
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote SRE/DevOps best practices.
- Work with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to drive project progress and value delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize cloud costs, contributing to FinOps initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Cloud platforms: AWS (preferred certification), Azure, GCP.
- Container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, or on‑prem).
- IaC: Terraform, Ansible.
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux.
- Monitoring/Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog.
- Security: Hardening, Vault, IAM policy design.
- Scripting: Advanced Shell, Python, Java, Go.
- Agile/DevOps tooling and practices.
- Performance tuning, latency, scaling awareness.
- Cost optimization and FinOps principles.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Prefer certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CKA, CKAD, CKS.
- Relevant DevOps, Cloud, or SRE certifications highly valued.
