**Job Title** Network Analyst **Role Summary** Provide Tier 1.5/2 support for enterprise network infrastructure in a managed‑services environment. Manage incident response, monitor network performance, document changes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain optimal network health and client satisfaction. **Expectations** - • Deliver proactive, high‑quality network support across multiple customers. - • Apply ITIL principles to incident, problem, and change management. - • Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - • Continuously improve processes and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - • Respond to and resolve network incidents, alerts, and vulnerabilities. - • Monitor Logic Monitor (or equivalent) alerts, create/triage tickets with correct severity. - • Diagnose connectivity, latency and hardware/software failures on LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless systems. - • Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, access points, load balancers, and related devices. - • Document configurations, change logs, incident records, and health‑check procedures for compliance. - • Work with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting and network changes. - • Participate in change management, incident response, and on‑call rotation. **Required Skills** - • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience supporting customer network infrastructure. - • Expertise with Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSOAR), Juniper, Palo Alto, Aruba, and Cisco platforms. - • Strong network fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, NAT, VPN. - • Experience with Logic Monitor or similar network monitoring tools. - • Ability to make firewall and VPN policy changes with sound business rationale. - • Excellent ticket creation, incident documentation, and audit‑ready record keeping. - • Skilled in troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and analytical problem solving. - • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multi‑tenant MSP team. - • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications** - • Bachelor’s or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business & Technology, or related field. - • Certifications: Fortinet NSE 4/5/6/7, CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+ & Security+, JNCIA/JNCIS; AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Network Engineer Associate preferred. ---
