Job Description
**Job Title:** Internal Sales Consultant – Digital Business Partner **Role Summary:** Drive the growth of a fully digital temporary staffing platform by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales with clients in the food, hospitality, retail, and events sectors. Leverage digital tools (Salesforce, app analytics) to maintain accurate data, nurture agency relationships, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients who adopt the platform. **Expectations:** - Convince prospects over the phone to adopt the digital hiring app. - Manage all sales stages within Salesforce and track progress to closure. - Maintain up‑to‑date, accurate data and comply with social legislation. - Deliver quantitative results (fixed base plus performance‑based remuneration). **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and build a pipeline of existing and new clients in designated markets. - Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and negotiate agreements remotely. - Enter, update, and audit client data in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM). - Follow a structured sales process from qualification to contract signing. - Provide customer feedback on app performance to the product team. - Coordinate candidate selection, ensuring clients quickly match with suitable temporary staff. - Build and sustain relationships with partner agencies and internal stakeholders (Power Houses). - Continuously improve sales tactics and digital workflows. **Required Skills:** - Proven internal or flexi‑sales experience. - Strong telephone persuasion and objection‑handling skills. - Digital mindset with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). - Accurate, organized data entry and tracking. - Knowledge of Belgian social legislation related to temporary employment. - Excellent written and verbal French; Dutch language knowledge is a plus. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a startup environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum secondary education; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. - Certifications in sales or CRM use are an advantage but not mandatory.
