**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of OneVest’s SaaS wealth‑management solutions for enterprise customers. Serve as the primary client liaison, drive project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with internal product, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement.
**Expectations:**
- Own the full lifecycle of customer onboarding projects, meeting schedule, scope, and quality targets.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to process enhancements.
- Be available flexible hours to support client needs across time zones.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the single point of contact for customers during implementations; define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage cross‑functional project teams to execute implementation best practices.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Deliver regular status updates and performance reports to executive and senior management.
- Advocate customer requirements across Product & Technology, Operations, Revenue, and Wealth teams.
- Identify upsell and co‑development opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor project health: track dependencies, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze implementation data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement of templates, knowledge bases, and training materials.
- Mentor and coach junior Project Managers on wealth‑management industry knowledge and project‑management skills.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years in enterprise technology implementations, program/project management, or management consulting.
- Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations in the wealth‑management or financial‑technology sector.
- Strong ability to develop implementation strategies, SOPs, and customer relationship processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting project health; familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to manage scope, drive teams to meet deadlines, and mitigate risks.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client demands.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred but not mandatory.
