Job Description

Job Title: Senior AI Business Analyst Role Summary: Drive implementation and optimization of AI solutions through stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and process evaluation. Lead project requirements, model validation, and cross-functional team coordination to enhance business outcomes with AI technology. Expectations: 5+ years of senior-level experience in business analysis; full-time, hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client interactions as primary point of contact for AI project initiatives - Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders and document functional specifications - Analyze AI system outputs, data quality, and business impact to generate actionable insights - Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocols for GenAI applications - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues and validate model performance - Map workflows, recommend AI-driven process improvements, and manage change implementation - Develop dashboards, testing frameworks, and documentation (user guides, reports, training materials) - Monitor AI performance metrics and align solutions with compliance standards Required Skills: Advanced data analysis (SQL, Python/R), AI/ML fundamentals, UAT/QA expertise, stakeholder communication, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data visualization tools (preferred: Tableau/Power BI). Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Computer Science; 5+ years in business analysis (AI/ML experience preferred). Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) or Project Management (PMP/Agile) advantageous.
