Provide technical guidance, coaching, and people management while driving delivery, quality, and process improvement. Expectations: • 5+ years software development experience, with at least 1 year managing people. • Prior senior or staff developer role, preferably with mentoring or small initiative leadership. • Proven ability to build and manage high‑performing engineering teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for coaching and continual learning. • Immediate impact capability with minimal oversight.
