Job title: Sr Principal, LatAm Digital Sales
Role Summary
Lead and execute digital sales and marketing strategy across Latin America for Nintendo’s ecommerce, digital storefronts, and subscription services. Drive digital transformation, partner with cross‑functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Sales Planning, Publisher & Developer Relations, eShop, Marketing, Strategy) to launch and grow digital products, promotions, and point‑of‑sale activations. Act as the primary client liaison, tailoring advertising solutions and advising senior leadership on digital growth opportunities.

* Provide strategic guidance on digital content commerce and commerce integration.
* Maintain high quality of all digital initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
* Build strong, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business strategy and execution for Digital Sales across LatAm, collaborating with IT, Finance, Legal, Sales Planning & Analysis, and eShop teams.
* Consult with senior leadership on digital content objectives and prioritize initiatives.
* Coordinate with Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Advertising, and Online Marketing to develop plans that increase eShop awareness, visitation, and conversion.
* Lead launch and growth strategy for Nintendo eShops, brand stores, Switch Online subscriptions, and digital content.
* Define and enforce operational best practices to guarantee seamless digital experiences.
* Initiate, plan, and execute digital business strategies aligned with commercial goals.
* Manage thematic Nintendo marketing promotions at retailers, ensuring integrated cross‑channel execution.
* Set and track metrics, identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights.
* Support the Acceleration of Digital Adoption initiative across the region.
* Own merchandising, marketing, operations, analysis, and innovation for POSA cash & content.
* Lead regional launch programs for new digital-only content, handling messaging, branding, and retailer execution.
* Serve as liaison between Nintendo of America and Nintendo.com teams for online store selection, merchandising, and pricing.
Required Skills
* 10+ years of senior digital sales or commercial leadership experience.
* Proven consultative partnership with senior/executive leadership.
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage competing priorities and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
* Experience in ecommerce, digital advertising, and subscription model sales preferred.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
