**Job Title**
Cloud Solutions Architect – Azure & Microsoft 365
**Role Summary**
Design, deploy, and govern secure hybrid cloud environments on Azure and Microsoft 365. Lead large‑scale migration projects, ensure governance, compliance, and performance, and modernize legacy IT infrastructure. Mentor internal teams and provide post‑migration support.
**Expectations**
- Deliver secure, compliant hybrid solutions for 1,000+ users.
- Drive end‑to‑end migration from on‑premises Active Directory and messaging to Azure AD/Entra and Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Champion best practices in identity, security, and governance across enterprise environments.
- Communicate effectively with technical and strategic stakeholders and lead cross‑disciplinary teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and implement Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid solutions (including AWS as needed).
- Define and deploy IAM controls (Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, SSO, SAML, SCIM).
- Plan and manage migration projects for identity, email, data, and tenant consolidation.
- Enforce access governance and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct IT audits, diagnostics, and formulate roadmaps.
- Provide technical mentorship, training, and post‑migration support.
- Produce architecture documents, POCs, and migration plans.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in technology architecture and cloud solutions.
- Deep expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, OneDrive).
- Experience with hybrid infrastructures, virtualization, and multi‑tenant environments.
- Strong background in security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale migrations (1,000+ users).
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Leadership and cross‑functional team coordination.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator or equivalent.
- Azure AD Identity Governance or related identity certification.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer) are highly valued.
