Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Operations Coordinator Role Summary: Support sales, marketing, and project delivery teams by managing opportunity pipelines, coordinating proposal development, maintaining CRM data, and delivering sales performance insights. Expectations: Deliver accurate, timely sales support; maintain high CRM discipline; produce clear, data‑driven reports; ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Track and update sales opportunities in CRM - Coordinate preparation of proposals, presentations, and supporting documents - Manage multi‑unit proposal production (cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, projects) - Plan and orchestrate client calls and meetings - Produce sales reports, KPI dashboards, and analysis for leadership - Administer contracts, agreements, and commercial documentation - Assist in organizing events, webinars, and business‑development initiatives - Continuously improve sales‑support processes and tools - Facilitate hand‑off between sales and delivery teams Required Skills: - Strong organizational and prioritization abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics) - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related field - 5–7 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or commercial administration role - Experience in B2B sales processes; familiarity with RFP/RFI coordination is a plus.
