**Job Title**
Endpoint Security Consultant / Cyber Security Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑level endpoint protection controls and deployment frameworks. Lead packaging, automation, and monitoring of security client health across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure continuous coverage and efficient incident response.
**Expectations**
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in creating and troubleshooting installation packages: Windows Installer (.msi), Linux RPM, and macOS .pkg.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Ansible, and/or JAMF for multi‑OS deployment.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, RegEx) and API integration (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Proven ability to develop and enforce security standards, SOPs, and deployment procedures.
- Strong communication skills, proactive ownership, and self‑sufficient execution with minimal direction.
- Willingness to support on‑call or after‑hours for critical incidents.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Architect and deploy endpoint security solutions that meet strategic IPRM objectives.
2. Create, maintain, and document enterprise deployment standards for client security health.
3. Package and automate configuration of security software across Windows, Linux, and macOS using MSI, RPM, .pkg, MECM/SCCM, Ansible, and JAMF.
4. Monitor and manage employee monitoring and forensic infrastructure.
5. Diagnose and resolve endpoint‑related incidents, ensuring minimal service impact.
6. Enhance automation and incident response capabilities through scripting and integration.
7. Produce detailed operational documentation, test plans, and training materials.
8. Collaborate cross‑functionally with security operations, policy, and user experience teams.
**Required Skills**
- Enterprise packaging: Windows Installer, Linux RPM, macOS .pkg.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications preferred: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
