**Job Title**
CRM Coordinator
**Role Summary**
Execute and manage end‑to‑end CRM marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels for a direct‑to‑consumer brand. Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure on‑brand, compliant, and data‑driven communications that support subscription and loyalty programs.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand messaging within tight deadlines.
- Maintain rigorous editing, QA, and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with CRM, Creative, Analytics, Licensing, and Marketing teams to align segmentation, personalization, and testing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and monitor Klaviyo email campaigns (newsletters, drops, exclusives).
- Support SMS and in‑app notifications in coordination with Mobile Marketing.
- Maintain the email editorial calendar and track campaign progress.
- Create and manage campaign tickets and workflows in Jira and/or Asana.
- Proofread, QA, and ensure all content follows ADA, CAN‑SPAM, and industry best practices.
- Partner with CRM, Creative, and Analytics to design segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B test strategies.
- Coordinate with global counterparts to maintain brand consistency across markets.
- Assist with loyalty program CRM campaigns and ad‑hoc operations.
**Required Skills**
- Hands‑on experience executing campaigns in an ESP (Klaviyo required).
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong written and verbal communication, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Solid organization, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills for a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic understanding of email testing frameworks, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑team collaboration.
**Optional / Preferred Skills**
- HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Jira, Asana, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred; Klaviyo training an asset.
