Job Description
**Job title:** Compliance & Safety Manager – PART145/147 CAMO **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the aircraft maintenance and operational compliance system, ensuring adherence to EASA Part 145, Part 147, Part M, and AIROPS regulations while safeguarding safety and airworthiness. **Expectations:** - Extensive experience conducting quality audits within aviation maintenance or operations. - Deep understanding of EASA Part 145/147/ M and AIROPS regulations. - Proven ability to develop and maintain quality management systems (ISO or equivalent). - Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and synthesis skills. - Fluency in English; additional languages welcome. - Autonomous, detail‑oriented, and collaborative in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance monitoring framework aligned with aviation regulations. - Conduct regular quality audits, identify non‑conformities, and define corrective/preventive actions. - Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and other departments to ensure safety and compliance across flight and ground activities. - Organize and lead Management Review meetings, presenting findings and recommendations. - Maintain an active regulatory watch, updating processes and documentation as regulations evolve. - Provide training and guidance on compliance requirements to internal teams. **Required Skills:** - Aviation regulatory knowledge (EASA Part 145/147/ M, AIROPS). - Quality audit expertise and QMS development. - Analytical reporting and documentation skills. - Strong written communication and synthesis capabilities. - Team collaboration and independent decision‑making. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Certifications in aviation quality management (e.g., EASA Part 145/147 compliance, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent). ---
