Job Title: Marketing and Communications PA Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Marketing & Communications team, ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating senior leader activities, and facilitating key projects and events. Expactations: - Maintain effective, proactive communication with senior leaders and team members. - Demonstrate discretion and professionalism in all interactions. - Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with calm efficiency. - Quickly adapt to new tools and systems as required. Key Responsibilities: - Own calendar management for senior leaders, prioritising appointments and priorities. - Serve as primary inbox gatekeeper, triaging and responding to communications. - Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and virtual set‑ups. - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track action items and follow‑up. - Support onboarding processes, maintain team documentation and internal databases. - Coordinate logistics for events, photography, filming and marketing campaigns. - Process budgets, invoices and expenses, ensuring accurate bookkeeping. - Ensure Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel) is optimally utilised; learn new tools swiftly. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a PA, EA or senior administrative support role. - Strong organisational and time‑management abilities; meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present information clearly and concisely. - High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365; willingness to adopt emerging software. - Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. - Exposure to marketing, communications or event coordination is advantageous but not essential. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a secondary school education or equivalent. - Relevant diploma or certification in Administration, Business Support or a related field preferred. - No mandatory professional certification required.
