Engage in robotics programming, image‑processing pipelines, and closed‑loop control projects, collaborating with senior engineers to deliver solutions for advanced manufacturing processes. **Expectations:** - Paid, 12‑week full‑time internship (May/June – August/September 2026). - On‑site work, 40 hrs/week. - Must be a current full‑time master’s student in Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and test robot control software (Python, C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW). - Implement image‑processing algorithms for camera‑based vision systems. - Design and tune closed‑loop control loops for precision motion. - Evaluate and integrate hardware components into prototype systems. - Document design decisions, test results, and deliverables for project teams. - Participate in design reviews and cross‑functional meetings. **Required Skills:** - Strong understanding of control system theory and practice. - Proficiency in robotics programming (Python, C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW). - Experience with image‑processing techniques and frameworks. - Knowledge of closed‑loop control design and tuning. - Ability to work independently and within a team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a master’s program in Robotics, Mechatronics, or equivalent. - No specific certifications required.
