Job Title: Security Engineer Role Summary: Security Engineer responsible for safeguarding critical infrastructure and applications across application security, security operations, and IT security domains. Works collaboratively with engineering teams to integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines, perform code and design reviews, manage vulnerabilities, monitor alerts, and support identity & access management initiatives. Expectations: - 2–3+ years of hands‑on security experience with a focus on application security. - Proficient in at least one programming language (Ruby, JavaScript, Go, or Python). - Strong understanding of web application security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities. - Familiarity with vulnerability scanners, SAST/DAST tools, and security monitoring dashboards. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
