**Job title:** Junior Salesforce Administrator
**Role Summary:**
Provide day‑to‑day administration for a growing Salesforce instance, ensuring accuracy, automation, and alignment with business processes. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, RevOps, and IT to maintain data integrity, create reports, and support system enhancements.
**Expectations:**
* 1‑2 years of Salesforce experience (admin support, internship, or coursework).
* Progress toward or holding a Salesforce Administrator Certification.
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly under senior guidance.
* Willingness to evolve into a senior admin or RevOps role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. User Management – create, deactivate, assign roles, profiles, and permissions.
2. Data Management – import, update, cleanse, deduplicate, and audit data quality.
3. Configuration – add/edit fields, page layouts, list views, queues; apply basic business rules.
4. Automation – build and modify Flow Builder automations, validation rules, and formulas with senior oversight.
5. Reporting – design, update, and distribute dashboards and reports; support ad‑hoc requests.
6. Insight & Documentation – maintain business‑process documentation, data models, and configuration change logs.
7. Integration Support – assist with integrations to HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, or internal systems; help test, UAT, and release.
8. Issue Resolution – handle routine Salesforce inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide user guidance or training materials.
9. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to gather requirements and propose enhancements.
10. System Performance – monitor activity, review error logs, and escalare issues to senior admins or IT when needed.
**Required Skills:**
* Salesforce platform fundamentals – objects, fields, security, and reporting.
* Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and basic automation tools.
* Data hygiene and quality assurance techniques.
* Competence in creating reports, dashboards, and list views.
* Familiarity with integration concepts and tools (HubSpot, Gong, Outreach).
* Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Proactive problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field *or* equivalent experience.
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (or actively pursuing).
* Basic exposure to RevOps platforms or tools is advantageous.
