Job title: Solution Architect – ServiceNow
Role Summary: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, FSM and related modules. Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, drive best practices, mentor technical teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Expactations: Proven experience leading complex ServiceNow deployments (minimum 5 years) with deep knowledge of ITSM/ITOM, CSM, and SPM domains; demonstrate ability to manage multiple assignments, communicate effectively with senior executives, and deliver high‑quality, production‑ready solutions on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, execution, and deployment of ServiceNow technical services across core modules.
• Architect and develop workflows, integrations, and customizations using NOWCreate and other ServiceNow best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams; conduct Q/A reviews and ensure solution quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and during implementation.
• Stay current on ServiceNow releases, industry trends, and engage product teams to influence roadmap for Energy & Utilities use cases.
• Support pre‑sales activities: scoping, pricing, and demonstrations to prospect clients.
• Hire and manage contractors, vendors, and development talent; define selection criteria and performance expectations.
• Drive development of reusable ServiceNow applications that can be tailored to specific clients and scaled across markets.
Required Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator;
• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, FSM, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem‑solving, and communication skills; able to present complex concepts to executives.
• Experience with SDLC and ServiceNow NOWCreate methodology; proficiency in scripting, integrations, and configuration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; manage ambiguity and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven expertise in identifying client challenges and proposing viable, scalable solutions.
• Ability to build professional relationships and network strategically.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications listed above.
