Job Description

**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer (Senior) **Role Summary:** Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure supporting application services. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to automate deployment pipelines, manage container orchestration, and continuously improve system reliability and performance. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑availability AWS solutions aligned with best‑practice security. - Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC. - Optimize CI/CD processes and support rapid, reliable releases. - Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS) with emphasis on HA and performance. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab. - Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for provisioning. - Automate configuration, deployment, and scaling using Python, Node.js or Go. - Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads. - Monitor systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and resolve incidents. - Apply network fundamentals (TCP/IP) to ensure secure, efficient connectivity. - Drive continuous improvement of security, scalability, and operational efficiency. **Required Skills:** - Linux OS administration (hands‑on). - AWS platform experience; certification a plus. - GitLab version control and CI/CD pipeline expertise. - Terraform (IaC) proficiency. - Kubernetes orchestration knowledge. - Programming/scripting in Python, Node.js, or Golang. - Strong problem‑solving and automation mindset. - Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - AWS certifications preferred but not mandatory.
