Job Description
Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer focused on backend development. Build scalable, cloud‑native APIs and microservices (Node/Nest.js, REST, GraphQL) while delivering performant front‑end experiences in React. Drive architecture, security, and performance for a SaaS platform, collaborate with product, design, and QA, and influence API contracts and UI/UX. Expectations: - Lead end‑to‑end feature ownership from design to production. - Maintain high code quality, testing, and documentation standards. - Mentor junior developers and promote best practices. - Stay current with cloud, AI‑enabled tools, and modern development workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices on AWS. - Implement responsive React components and integrate with backend services. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Define and enforce API contracts with front‑end teams. - Collaborate on UI/UX design using Figma and provide developer‑friendly feedback. - Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and automated testing. - Resolve production incidents and improve system reliability. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, React. - Experience building REST and GraphQL services. - Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.). - Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/ ECS). - Solid understanding of microservices architecture, security best practices, and performance tuning. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. - Ability to work across full stack, translate product requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Valid AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate) preferred.
